Do you want to hire a worker who lives outside the EU? SH Immigration Specialists provides administrative assistance to companies, families and employers with the Decreto Flussi application and with the procedures for hiring non-EU workers in Italy.

Which procedures do we assist with?

Decreto Flussi application

We assist with preparing and submitting the application within the categories, quotas and windows provided. Submission does not guarantee a quota or the issue of the work clearance (nulla osta): the outcome depends on the competent authorities. The dates for the current year are in our guide to the Decreto Flussi 2027 dates and click days.

Sworn statement (asseverazione)

The asseverazione is a key document for hiring foreign workers under the Decreto Flussi. It is issued by authorised professionals or employers’ organisations. We help you collect the documents needed to obtain it.

Hiring non-EU staff

We help employers check the sector, the worker’s country and the applicable quota, and organise the documents before the pre-filling stage.

EU Blue Card

For highly qualified workers, we support your company with the administrative steps of the EU Blue Card procedure.

How our assistance works

  1. Initial assessment: we review your situation, your documents and your objective.
  2. Procedure planning: we identify the procedure that applies and explain the main requirements.
  3. Document review: we point out missing information and possible issues before the next step.
  4. Practical assistance: we help you prepare the application and understand the communications from the authorities.

What should you prepare before contacting us?

Please do not send personal or sensitive documents with your first request: we will tell you which documents are needed and how to send them.
