Which consultation should I choose?
The Basic one is fine if you have time and a simple question. Priority is the most complete: same-day appointment, 45 minutes, document check beforehand, written summary, 7 days of WhatsApp support and the fee deducted if you hire us for the application.
In which languages is the consultation available?
In Italian, English, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi and Urdu. Tell us your preferred language when you book and we will match you with a consultant who speaks it.
Can you help me if I am abroad?
Yes. The consultation can be done by video call from any country, for example for visas, family reunification, Decreto Flussi or citizenship.
What should I prepare?
Your passport, your residence permit if you have one and any letter or decision from the Questura, Prefecture, Municipality or Consulate. If possible, send them to us on WhatsApp beforehand.
What if I need a lawyer?
For legal matters such as appeals and legal advice, SH Immigration Specialists works with qualified lawyers. We will tell you during the consultation if you need one.
How do I pay for the consultation?
Online with Stripe when you book: credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. After payment we contact you to set the date and time.
