Which family procedures do we assist with?
Family reunification
Family reunification is requested for family members who live abroad. We assist with the administrative preparation of the application for the clearance (nulla osta) submitted to the Prefecture. The applicable rules depend on your residence status, the family relationship, your income, your accommodation and the supporting documents.
Family cohesion
Family cohesion applies to relatives who are already in Italy on another basis. Where the requirements are met, the residence permit for family reasons is requested without the Prefecture’s clearance.
Family members of Italian citizens
Different rules apply to the family members of Italian citizens. We help you understand which procedure applies to your case.
